Bears on Chairs Journal Prompts

Prompt 1: Color a picture of a bear (remember young children intend marks or scribbles to represent images or writing). Use the image below or trace a bear cookie cutter. Ask your child to think of words to describe the four bears, prompting when necessary (kind, nice, helpful, friendly, warmhearted, etc). An adult can write the word underneath.

Prompt 2: Color five bears in different colors. Cut each one out and glue on one long bench. (Cutting and gluing are great fine motor skills). Count to five when you glue them on.
